- 1 micro-flute kraft cardboard base + wedge
- 1 black cardboard lid
- 1 palm tree plate 180 x 180 mm
- 2 palm tree plates 170 x 120 mm

Base fitted with a Kraft cardboard wedge for wedging the plates
A small pre-cut part is to be removed to go from Ref. BK4A (2 plates + 2 ramekins) to BK3B (3 plates).
In the BK3B Kit, the black cardboard lid is replaced by a transparent rPET lid.
