In 2023, Comatec is an official partner of the Trophée Masse. Thanks to this "marriage", the 16th edition of the Trophée offers a new event for chefs. Our verrines, dishes and trays will be a source of inspiration for a gourmet trilogy based on foie gras, cured meats and seasonal vegetables. We're proud to share these values of innovation and creativity, highlighting chefs who create emotions. The grand final in June 2024 will decide the winner of the competition.
